What to expect when you call us to schedule an evaluation for tree service
When searching online for a tree service provider you may come across our web page or GMB listing, you may even see our Parent Company ArborTrue, once you decided on calling us, you will be directed to our Live Operator. Our live operator will then take a description of services interested in, and will schedule a live one on one with either our lead sales tree care provider or if requested for a small fee one of our ISA Certified Arborist. The times schedule will always be set in a time block between 1 to 2 hours, allowing each crew member adequate time to arrive. We do this because our representative evaluation can give each client time to properly go over any question and concerns our clients might have.
What to expect when the ISA arborist or Tree Sales Lead Arrives
We pride ourselves in our No rush evaluation meetings, Our sales Tree care lead or ISA arborist will listen to the needs and desires of our clients toward their tree care. They will absorb the information and give sound reasons or explanations as to why and why causes particular problems. Never rushing our client, to us it is better for both parties to be in complete understanding before ending the evaluation. Once the Company representative gets a great understanding of what is needed and a budget to keep in, they will give their estimate for work, and explain other options if available, When our client agrees on the service bid for work we then will forward this information to our Live Operators at the home office. Our home base operators will then schedule the work based off of the clients available time and what our calendar availability. Once the time is set our client can go about their business until the scheduled day..on a side note.. we also can perform the tree care without the client being there, if the are we need to work on has an open access point.
What to expect when the Tree Service Crew show up to perform their tasks assigned
Our Crew on the day of the scheduled tree care service, will arrive in between their assigned time block, to perform all the tree care needs requested by the client. We will have a team lead who can help answer any concerns while the work is being performed.
What we do after we finish our tree care and MAINTENANCE task.
This is the best part for most of our cleitns as our crew will clean up any left over brush, leaves, and clutter, leaving the property clean, and ready for new planting or for curbside appeal.
Final Payment is due
Once our work is fully completed we will have our lead collect our final payment if it is in cash, or check form, however if you need to pay by credit card or by other means made with the owner/operator they will have to contact our office for making that final digital payment.
